Video Fix

Everything below runs on your own machine, on as many files as you give it.
It checks before it converts
Most .MOV files from a phone already hold a stream Windows can play — they are just in the wrong container. Those are rewrapped, not re-encoded.
The fast path is genuinely fast
A rewrap finishes in about a second with no quality loss at all, because no video is being decoded. Tools that re-encode everything spend ten minutes on a clip that needed one second.
Real HEVC gets a real conversion
When the video actually is HEVC, rewrapping it would not help — the stream would still be one Windows cannot play. Those get converted to H.264 properly.
Animated WebP to GIF
Animated WebP keeps its animation on the way to GIF, instead of arriving as a single static frame the way a plain image converter would leave it.
No upload, no size limit
Video files are large and web converters cap them hard. This runs locally, so a 4K clip is just a 4K clip.
Audio comes along
The soundtrack is carried across intact rather than being re-encoded for no reason.

This is deliberately narrow: it fixes the videos that arrive alongside your photos, and it is not a general video converter. There is no codec matrix, no bitrate ladder and no video compressor here. Converting a genuine HEVC clip takes real time on a CPU, and PhotoTray tells you which files those are before it starts.
